We will be featuring three springtime favorites for this special event. Our refreshing, Gold Medal winning, 2015 FEW Torrontés will be paired with Dubliner cheese and/or warm flaky quiche. The 2014 Syrah Rosé is a must to try, paired with a half strawberry on a bed of lettuce topped with blue cheese and a pecan. We will also be pouring our incredibly smooth, Gold Medal winning, 2014 FEW Malbec, which will be paired with mouthwatering Swiss chocolates. The flowers are blooming and the birds are singing. There is no better time to visit Fäsi Estate Winery. We hope to see you on the trail!

Westbrook Wine Farm – 49610 House Ranch Road, O’Neal’s
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Spring in the Sierra this year looks more like a bit of old Ireland than it has in recent memory. We will be showcasing wines made from our own Estate Vineyards’ red Bordeaux varieties and from other Madera County growers of conscience and quality. The wines are big, the crowds are small and both are fun and serious. We are located but 35 minutes from Fresno or Madera. Call and come for the wine, personal winemaker attention and an always beautiful day in the Sierra. Ray and Tammy Krause, Proprietors 559-868-3499  westbrookwine@netptc.net
